Is it possible to be going 0 mph and still be moving?

Because all mph means is you travel x amount of miles in 1 hour. So couldn’t you technically be moving slow enough to not travel a full mile in an hour? So you’re going 0 mph yet still moving?

Sure if you are going 0.5 mph your

speed rating will read as such but you'll

look & feel as though you've totally

    stopped.

Even if you're standing still, you're moving because the earth is rotating on its axis, so without even feeling it, you'd still move at a rate of 465 meters/second or 1,040 MPH.

No. 0.0 mph is not moving at all. But you can still move at less than 1 mph, for example, 0.000000000000000001 mph.

No.....even if you're only moving very slowly...if you extrapolate the distance you've moved up to an hour it will always be more than 0.

eg 100 yards in 10 minutes (very slow) means that in 60 minutes (1 hour) you will travel 600 yards which would be 600/ 1760 = 0.34 mph .

Yes. Of course. You may be travelling 1/2 a mile per hour. Or any fraction of a mile-per-hour.
