How does a fraud dispute work?
My bank account was recently hacked and $211 was taken out by a fraud. I reported the fraud to the fraud department and they said they had to dispute it and would take 10 business days to do it. What does that mean? Will I get my money back? How does it work?

It means the bank will investigate to see what was done.
Will you get the money back? It depends on the results of the investigation. If the $211 was for pizza or ebay stuff sent to your address, then you will not get it back.

10 business days normally means two weeks. However, because of the Labor Day holiday, it might take one day extra.
