No Johnny you can't. That is very wrong and didn't your mommy and daddy tell you to not hit people? It sound's to me that you have some anger issues that need to be addressed and the best way to do it is to have mommy or daddy take you to see a mental health counselor.

No that is a stupid reason. You will be the one arrested. While it is rude to state better to say something. Shooting a dirty look their way may work.
