You have a 4-year bachelor's degree (not 3-yr B.tech)? Your IELTS scores are a minimum of 6.5 on each part as well as overall? Although for grad school, your scores might be required to meet a minimum of 7.0 on each part, and even if not required, if that's not met, you will have trouble handling graduate level studies. You & your parents have sufficient funds for all school + living expenses + return transportation to your country of citizenship? Expect to need a minimum of CAD40,000/yr, and could need more.

To qualify for student visa, you need to prove you are returning to your own country. Student visas are temporary non-immigration visas issued on the condition that foreign students return home immediately upon completion or termination of full-time studies. Canada is seriously cracking down on backdoor immigration or Scam-Migration, and denying tens of thousands of student visa applications on the grounds of visa fraud (that gets you permanently barred).

Beyond those basics, you will need to study thoroughly the websites of the schools you are interested in applying to, ensure you meet all requirements to submit any application for admission.

Check the entry requirements and application process of the university/s you want to study at - you can find these on their websites.

Also research the student visa requirements; you'll need one to study in Canada.
