I'm a prepper with an idea.?

I have plots of land to rent cheap. I will provide land, running water, firewood, toilets and security. It cost $1 a day in the event of a disaster. Does this sound like a good idea? Interested?

    Not if the disaster never happens, and if it does happen you probably need a huge concrete wall to keep people out.

    maybe you can let people rent the land.. to grow stuff or to have a nice camp
