If a person is combative during a Major Epileptic event, is it protocol to handcuff you?
It happened to me. They thought I was using illicit drugs. Hahha. The tests came back negative and hurt me.

Sometimes the police are the least educated among us but it is a job I wouldn't want. They are used to seeing lots of drugged out people but it seems pretty ignorant on their part to assume you were on drugs. If you looked like a homeless person, I might see it.
