I downloaded a game on my pc thinking it would automatically download to my Xbox 1, but it hasn’t how do I do it, I don’t want to stream it?

And how do you magically expect us to know what game you're talking about? Where did you buy the game from? There are a few "Play anywhere" games that you can download from the MS Store app that will work on both your W10 PC and Xbox One console. However, if the game doesn't support that then you will need to buy the Xbox One version of the game.
