My great great uncle, Sidney Harba mistakenly killed 2 people in whilst serving in the military.
He was a cook and accidentally opened a can of anthrax instead of baked beans for breakfast.
Two officers unfortunately ingested some and were fatally dead by the afternoon

3 years in the Army & I never killed anyone.
Though if my sergeant had had a massive heart attack, I would have been ok with that.
