You can sue him and take all his money and send him to jail or you can just kill him with your gun and accuse him of trying to rape you. You can say that you killed him in self defense. The court cannot press charges against you.

Well, as a salesperson, it's his job to sell things. He may be on commission. You may in fact be pretty, which is nice, but he'd be happy to do a sale to a homely person as well, given the chance. Chatting with potential purchasers is his job so telling his supervisor that he spoke to you is a complement since he's doing his job.

He did not talk to you because you are pretty. His regional manager was in the store and he wanted to make a good impression. Your prettiness had nothing to do with it.

Beauty is ONLY skin deep. It is what is inside that really counts.

Sales associates are usually expected to pester the clientele because that'll often prompt someone to buy something they didn't really want (and these are businesses after all). But unless you first told him to his face to leave you alone you were pretty reactionary to then go report him to his supervisors.

He probably thought you were shoplifting. Were you trying to steal something? You made yourself seem defensive and suspicious when you made the complaint. Especially since you're claiming that he was harassing you because of your looks.

I would have probably warned him if he didn't quit talking to you that you are going to report him for harassment due to losing his livelihood. Sometimes guys can be a bit thick in terms of understanding what is actually going on.

Lots of people complain that salespeople are not helpful. I hope he was under pressure to be more aggressive in his sales, and the department head had told him not to let you go away empty handed. Hope you can do something about that embarrassing prettiness.
