How to reset iPhone 4 without iTunes or computer?

I forgot my password on my old phone, and I want to give it to my little sister. We don't have a computer. All we have is the charging cable.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible, for reset an IPhone you need the computer, or you can go to a fixer or borrow the computer from your relatives.
