Windows 98 not working?

so the other day I got this ad that said I can upgrade my computer by microwaving it and it hasn't worked since. did I microwave it too long (45 minutes)?

    Not long enough, it takes 98 minutes to get it working. Mind you when you do get it working, it never really worked.
