Anyone ever rent to someone who admitted they would bail on their landlord without paying last month in order to pay for the new one???????

    Only an inexperienced landlord, a stupid landlord or a slumlord would do that.

    Yeck no. I would never rent to a tenant that knowingly screws over a landlord. Obviously, the tenant has money issues as well.

    If the prospect did it once, he/she will do it again. I don't want to be his/her next victim.
