Algebra Homework help!!!?

Rectangle A has a length 3 inches longer than its width. Rectangle B has a width 4 inches less than the width of A. B has a length twice the width of its own rectangle. Find the dimensions.

I tried setting it up 3+w=2w(l-4) but I’m not getting a correct answer.

    B has a length twice the width of its own rectangle.

    Find the dimensions.

    3 + w = w - 4

    There are only 3 equations with 4 unknowns

    Rectangle A has a length 3 inches longer than its width.

    L = W + 3

    Rectangle B has a width 4 inches less than the width of A (Y = width of B)

    Y = W - 3

    B has a length twice the width of its own rectangle (X = length of B)

    X = 2Y

    In order to solve

    there must be a 4th equation

    Is there any other information?
