    Its very possible- there have been a few people that have worked for NASA that moonlight as teachers for a second job. None of them, however, have been astronauts.

    Name of teacher? Age? Area of specialization?

    My astronomy professor worked on Apollo, but not for NASA, for the contractor that built the lunar lander, Grumman.

    No. NASA stopped hiring teachers thirty years ago after last one pressed the wrong button.
