It sounds like he may be doin this to get you to reconsider your position. I wouldn't accept rides from him honestly. He may get frustrated with you rebuffing his advances and it could come to a head. Not a position you want to be in, especially if you are in the car with him alone....

Assuming you give him gas money, so he understands it is purely a practical arrangement, then no, you are not leading him on
If you are just using him as a free uber, thats a WHOLE other matter
