Not a problem. I met a girl that used to tease me, telling me that she would "take her teeth out, and give me the best BJ I would ever get". I thought she was kidding. When we did go on a date, she did just that! She had lost her teeth in an accident when quite young. She removed her teeth, and she WAS the most proficient practitioner of fellatio that I ever met.
