College scholarships, grants, or short term money?

Hi, I just found out my younger sister is on the cusp of being kicked out of school Sunday due to owing 3200 dollars. We all tried to co-sign with her but were all denied. Do we have any options here? My younger sister has a 3.5 gpa and is in her junior year. Are there any scholarships, grants things like that, that we can do to keep her in school?

    Has she applied for financial aid? Has she applied for Federal loans? You really are not providing enough information - like, what country?
