Most Americans are currently in favor of doing SOMETHING to stop all these mass shootings.

Beto O'Rourke got the wildest round of applause when he said "Hell YES, I am going to take your AR -15's and AK-47's- "

No sane person needs such a weapon for hunting or skeet shooting or protecting your home.

Your home is not being invaded by Russia, or the Taliban. You do not have any LEGITIMATE need for these kinds of weapons.

The second amendment does NOT guarantee any right to own guns. It only says that the government cannot infringe upon gun ownership rights because there was a need for well regulated militia. Militia are not allowed. They are called armed gangs. Therefore the ownership of guns can be banned by the government.

I support the concept but having government bureaucrats making such a decision is very concerning, to say the least. If there is no easily obtained method of appealing such decisions I am totally against it. People that have found themselves on no-fly lists have found it next to impossible to get an explanation why they are on it or how to get off. If red flag laws were similar then I would not support them at all!

🥴 After El Paso the Red Flag Laws saved a dozen potential targets from mass shootings.

Yes. And thank God for it.

Does it take away our 2nd Amendment rights? If I can live 36 years without having to fire a gun and in the worst high crime areas? You don't need them either.

It does not violate the 2nd Amendment. But I pretty much say FVCK the 2nd Amendment when it comes to national security/domestic terrorism. Burn it.

Red Flag laws are "Pre Crime" from "Minority Report."

In America you are SUPPOSED to be innocent until PROVEN guilty.
