If you use an antenna, you might need to do a channel scan.

Go to settings, then to Channels and select "Auto Search" or "Auto Scan", let the TV finish the scan, if you cannot watch TV, then check if the antenna is not blocked or disconnected.

you didn't say what country you are in. judging by the error notice, it is not USA or Canada. the warning message says to make sure you have an antenna (aerial) connected. but the antenna is of no use unless there are over-the-air Television Broadcast service where you are. Speaking of country, countries around the world use different systems of broadcast, are you sure that your TV set is the proper kind for where you live.

You can't. However, you CAN move your antenna, or replace it.

Move your aerial. If it's still not working try rescanning.

If its air. Check the cable and reprogram the channels in menu options.
