Any tips to be more comfortable?
I have vaginal thrush, I have taken a fluconazole anti fungal tablet yesterday around 4pm and been applying canisten cream but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.
this is the first time I've ever had thrush has anyone got any tips on how to make it a bit more comfortable- I want to rip my insides out!!!!!

It can take up to 3 days to clear, it's not instant. Don't wear panty liners or tight jeans.

Sorry to hear that. Must be very uncomfortable! Try Saltwater. Salt has antiseptic, cleansing, and soothing properties, apply 3-4 times a day, especially soaking in a tub of warm water and Epsom salt.
Mild V Thrush can clear up in as little as 3 days, but moderate thrush usually takes around 2 weeks.
Other than that and Ibuprofen or two a few times a day should help with the pain a little.
