Can I start with any pill on Yasmin?
Are all the pills the same? Or different for each phase so that I have to take the first pill from the pack instead of randomly popping them out?

Start with the first one. While all of the active tablets (the first 21) are the same the point of giving them to you in the blister packs like that is that you can easily see if you have missed taking any and know that you need to use a backup method. If you just pop out any old random pill you will have a harder time doing that.
