Homeowner shoots and kills 3 armed masked men and yahoo wants to act like the homeowner did something wrong?
3 violent thieves walk into a yard with a gun firing at residents, get gunned down. Thank goodness the homeowner was able to avoid being murdered in his own yard. This is as straight forward of a simple case of self defense as there is. On your own property, masked thieves show up and fire at you, you return fire and kill them, saving your own life and the lives of others there with you, not to mention any future violent acts these 3 criminals would have gone on to commit had they not been shot down.
@ katydid: When the decision is made to shoot, it is because the person believes he is in danger of great bodily harm and/or death. The proper way to shoot in that situation is center mass as it gives the best possibility of quickly ending the threat.

Well most that I see are always creating more problems and not fixing problems and you think if 3 armed masked men is not a problem that needed to be fixed and our government seems to be sided with letting the criminals and murders out because of the side of what their going to vote and also same with immigrant's but not do it the right way and the lock up the one that was defending his home and things and kids and pets but is sounds like a set up to take away Americans freedom along with all guns to make all slaves in the USA!

I don't see where anyone is alleging the homeowner did anything wrong. If the kids that were killed were armed then I don't know how you could say the homeowner wouldn't reasonably believe he was in danger of death or great bodily harm.
Are you just ASSuming people will fault the homeowner?

So the moral of this story is it is a bad idea to put on masks and try to rob people in their own front yards.
EDIT: Typical liberal defenders...respond to a simple comment and/or question with intolerance, name calling, and ridicule instead of meaningful conversation.
And then make even further comments about the size of someone's ç;ø;ç;k. This stuff never gets old to me.

It’s unbelievable that liberals are actually defending three masked, armed robbers who were justifiably killed by a homeowner and want the victim disarmed and prosecuted. I am not a religious person but I am beginning to believe that Satan has possessed the Democratic Party. They believe good is evil and evil is good. Everything in their world is backwards and upside down.
