Would you rehire me after 12 years?

I worked for you when I was 16 so I made a couple immature mistakes. 12 years later I am more mature and saw what I did was stupid on my part.

I matured when working for other jobs and did not make any immature mistakes.

Would you consider hiring me again after 12 years?

    Maybe, depending what the mistakes were and if they were not innate features of your character.
