USPS mail?

Is it true that the USPS service checks for money being sent out now days?

    No, but anyone who sends cash thru the mail is a total moron. A $1 bill inside a kid's birthday card might be ok, but even that is up for grabs by thieves.

    I cant se that being possible. All the kids birthday cards from grandma would be confiscated and their 10 dollar bill taken.

    You mean cash?

    To find cash, they'd have to open every envelope on the off-chance it contained some. Obviously they are not doing that.
