How to convince my parents to get plastic surgery when I'm older?

I really want lip fillers when I'm like 18 because i feel insecure about my lips, also perhaps nose filler and eye widening surgery to better suit my personality. I am currently 16 and suffer from body dsymorphia so want to feel more comfortable. I also would like to tan my skin slightly because I'm white and sometimes look pale and dye my hair a vibrant chestnut pumpkin kinda brown coz mine right now are mousy brown.

When you’re older you can do what you want !!!

Get a job and start saving your money now. That stuff costs thousands of dollars and most insurance does not pay for it since you don't NEED it, you just WANT it. Then when you're 18 and on your own, go for it.

When you are 18 you can make and pay for those decisions yourself.

There is no pleasing anyone with body dysmorphia. You need to seek mental counseling, because that's where your real problem is.

If you have body dysmorphia, surgery isn't going to help. You literally are not capable of seeing yourself as you are. Getting surgery won't change that, you will be disappointed in the results and become more depressed and anxious. Or you will just fixate on a different body part. What you really need is therapy, and it will be a lot easier to convince your parents to pay for it. If you still feel this strongly about getting cosmetic procedures after seeing improvements with therapy, then at least you will know it's something you truly want and are ready to do. You have nothing to lose.

When you are 18 you won't have to convince your parents. You can do what you want if you can pay for it.

If you're living at home then it will depend on your parents rules. If you don't agree with them and it's important to you, you'll need to get your own place and pay for it yourself.
