Anyone know what these phrases in German are called?

Hi, question about phrases in German which translate completely different if you translate the phrase completely as opposed to doing it word by word, for example:

wie (like) bitte (please) = I beg your pardon

Or

das (that) passt (fit) schon (already) = It's okay

Does anyone know what the phrases are called? I searched for "idioms" but those seem to be more specific sayings which are used exclusively in German instead of phrases which every language uses. Thanks for any help!

"Redewendung", "Redensart", "stehende Wendung" or "Floskel".
