WHY DOES YAHOO KEEP MESSING YHEIR WEBSITES UP?!?

Every time I log in something is different. 99.9% of the time, I’m using my phone. I get it, changes and updates happen, but do they not beta test their updates before releasing them? Is the Dev team built from old blockbuster execs? I’m on mobile and Whenever I click my name to go to a question I’ve asked or to review my activity, I’m just taken to this account information page that I can’t leave. Then I have to manually type the url again, just to be taken back to the answers home page. Is this a way to force me to use my laptop? 

Because it’s so much I’m of an inconvenience to walk across the room, dig it out of the bag, plug it in, wait for it to power on, wait for chrome to load, wait for answers to load, then try to navigate the website... especially when my phone is... IN MY HAND!
