Why do females seem to blame men most of the time for "body shaming"?
Body shaming is predominantly a female to female practice. I and most men will tell you that we spend VERY LITTLE TIME talking about women that we're not attracted to.
Women on the other hand CONSTANTLY comment about other women's bodies including when the woman they're gossiping about isn't anywhere to be seen.
The problem with women is that they blame all of their problems on men when in truth they're the ones who are always stirring the pot with each other. If you want to find chronic body shamers look no further than women.

Because they have been rewarded for playing the victims for years. It's almost the norm now.

I'm curious to know what source you'd provide for such a claim other than your own opinion of course. I don't disagree that women body shame other women but I'd say it's more true that people body shame other people, because of course men do it too.
As for the rest, obviously just your opinion which I happen to disagree with but to which you are certainly entitled.
