No. They do not change the photo at all. They receive your photo, then email it right back to you and charge you for it.

Is that not the entire purpose of "a photo editing service"? What are you defining as "change"? Of course you want it "changed" or what is the point of sending the photo to the service in the first place? You state what changes you WANT made and that is what they do. You need to explain what you are meaning by "change the photo". A good service is there to provide the changes you want and need to the photo.
