How to make friends in college?
I’m a senior. I know, it’s a little late for me to be making friends. I don’t have any friends. My college experience was not good. I just feel like I’ve come across the wrong people. Wrong people, wrong places. How do I make friends with people without forcing it? I’m tired of being lonely. Every time I try to talk to someone , I feel like I’m forcing it. I’m the type of person to want things to happen naturally. But, that hasn’t got me anywhere. I’m starting to feel like something is wrong with me.

I hear ya. It was so easy to make friends when we were growing up, especially if we had a lot of cousins our own age living in the same area. As one exits high school and enters the workforce or college, making new friends can be very difficult.
My recommendation, talk to people you see frequently with similar interests and compliment when you can, make conversation that is pulls people up and is not exaggerated.

Talk to students around you in class. Join a club, go to a local cafe or other places known as a "student hang out."
