How come I have a fear of food sometimes?

I used to eat really badly. I was binging, constantly eating terrible foods etc. And then my whole life changed recently when I started doing the Keto diet/lifestyle. Well, a few weeks into Keto I realized that whenever I’m presented with a unhealthy desert or food, I don’t want to eat it and I feel really guilty. My body literally won’t let me eat the food, it doesn’t want to. Even if it looks good, and I want to try it, my mindset just keeps telling me I can’t eat it because I’m on Keto. It’s almost like a fear, I guess you could say. How do I overcome this and realize that eating unhealthy things here and there in moderation won’t hurt me?

I think you have a fear of food sometimes because you fear that you might gain weight from it. You shouldn't feel that way about food. If you eat healthy and everything in moderation, you will not gain weight.

You have a lack of control and you know it Food might taste good to you but the effects are getting in the way of your plans so plan better and commit and do stick to your plan not your taste buds plans
