How long till i can use my EE mobile again?

My phone bill is being paid today (bill is being paid laye) For 12 days i have not been able to make any outgoing calls and texts or recieve incoming calls and texts. How long till i can start using my phone again after paying the bill? 2 hours? 24 hours? Straight away? Or...?

    put some credit into your MY_EE online.

    Phone them and ask. It will depend on how you are paying the bill so it comes up on their system.
