what is a way to test my vertical jump?

    Put chalk on your finger tips, jump as high as you can next to a wall making sure your fingers touch the wall fully extended and then just measure from the ground to the chalk

    There are many ways to test a vertical jump.

    Basketball backboards should do the trick.

    An 8 ft volleyball net should do as well
