Does decaying skin or a cut of skin react to allergies?

Like if someones reaction to something was to get hives or something like that does the skin specifically react on its own? i know that there are things that are ingested or things that require flowing blood for a reaction. However, are there any allergies that a persons skin will still react to once the person is dead? once more if the skin was grafted onto a living human through a skin graft can that skin be allergic to something that the receiving human wasn't?
