Would 1993 and 1994 be considered early or mid 90s?

1990-1993 = early

1994-1996 = mid

1997-1999= late

same with any other decade.

1994,4,6 are mid.

1991,2,3 are early.

90,91,92,93... early

94,95,96.... mid

97,98,99..... late

If you say mid, it implies an early and a late, therefore you are assigning three lables to ten years, so 3.3 years each epoch, I would say 94 95 and 96 would be mid.

I'd say 93 is early and 94 is mid 90's.
