Dude always has big bulge in class?

So this dude in my last class of the day, always has a bulge. He gets up near the end of class and you can see a bump where the penis is. Its not there any other time. He always talks with his guy friend then gets up. Is he gay? He's kinda the school *ssh*le and makes fun of people for being gay.

    I had a college classmate who whenever he stood up, the desk came up with him. I've never given a thought to whether he might have been gay.
