How long does ovulation cramping last?

I have a short cycle. My last period was on September 26th. I started ovulating today. I have had painful cramping since yesterday and still continuing today. I also am having trouble sleeping. I’ve been busy with school so it could be stress. But, the cramping is odd. Does it last that long?

    My adult daughter had same problem and it turned out to be cysts in her ovaries so go ask your doctor.
