I had a interview as a CNA at a facility and they asked me if I was breastfeed and a bunch of other personal questions? Are they allowed to ask personal questions like that?

Funny, a week ago you said you had a job "at a facility" and now you said you're interviewing for a job "at a facility." What are the odds?

They can ask you anything under the sun. And you can choose to not answer ANY of their questions. No law against it. But to sue someone you have to prove you were damaged by another and how you were damaged.

You can try, but you have absolutely no proof! If you are asked questions like that why did you stay? You do not have to answer any questions that you feel uncomfortable answering... Last of all, why did you even considering finishing the interview, as it does not seem like a good place to work?
