So I have a question concerning a legal matter?
I understand according to the will when my mom passed that my younger brother obtains things because he is on the wheel to do so and on the power of attorney so mom left 65,000 in her bank account he decided that he wanted to keep it all for himself and not split it with me his older brother he is the youngest and my mother was going to take him off the will due to him Hoping that she would pass early to get what was coming to him he didn’t show up for the funeral but showed up afterwards was he allowed to have me on video call with his lawyer while I’m talking to him and wasn’t right for him to try to follow me back to my house to get the will and to take a picture of my license plate and can I can test it in court to obtain half of the money

Go see a lawyer. The only thing you might be able to claim is that this brother in some way coerced Mom to write her will as she did.

Probably a good idea to talk to an attorney. Your brother cannot do that. Do not give him a copy of the will until you get the advice of an attorney. It is, btw, customary for someone see that the executor of their will has access to their will. Not sure why you have a copy and not him...?

Power of Attorney ends when the person dies. It ONLY applies to a living person. Doesn't matter what your mother was going to do, only what she actually did and what the will actually says.
He does not get to decide who gets what. The will is the only thing that matters.

Any Power of Attorney legally died at exactly the same time as your mother. The person charged with settling the estate is called the executor. They are legally required to follow the terms of the will, which WE can't see. Any changes you THINK she planned to make are legally meaningless.
Depending on how the bank account was set up, it could have automatically passed to a named individual OUTSIDE of the estate.
Everything starting with 'Hoping that she would pass early' makes you sound incoherent and potentially in need of mental health treatment.
