I am francophone and so are my kids. We have Rogers. How can I get French only packages from Rogers ex: the same offered in Quebec City or Montreal? living in Ontario?

Call Rogers and ask them. Channel offerings vary by location, and saying that you live in Ontario, a very large province, is nowhere near specific enough, as channel offers in, say, Sudbury will be quite different from channel offerings in Toronto.
