Can My Pet Leopard Gecko Live With Anole Lizards?

    It is not a good idea because they can potentially transmit diseases that they do not have immunity for to one another. They evolved in different parts of the world and were exposed to different infectious diseases and they evolved immunity to diseases they were exposed to but not to diseases that they have never been exposed to before in the wild. Losing a leopard gecko because it got infected by an anole is not fun. They may also compete for food. The faster one may get the food but the slower one won't.
