Can I be sued for this? ?

Last week I visited a escort at her hotel. I agreed to pay her money for a massage.  Half way thru the massage I complained that this massage sucks.  She got mad and called police to have me leave, I tried to grab the phone from here to talk to the police and a struggle happened and I took her phone away and went outside to talk on her phone to the police. She followed me and pepper sprayed me.  When the police showed up they made me leave.  She later messaged me that she got kicked out of the hotel because of this and that she is going to sue me because of that and for attacking her when I took her phone away that left bruises on her arm.

Can I be sued for this?

If the police didn't arrest you there's really no paper trail that you've ever even met this person. So she could always try to sue you (for what damages I can't imagine), but it's unlikely she'd prevail in civil court.

Her lawsuit will not be successful.

Stop this risky business of going to prostitutes or sleep around, you may be safe now but you may not safe forever, you had your fun with different women and now it’s the time to stop. Have one trusted partner for sex even it may take time to find a one

Why didn't you leave on your own? She had a right to call the police and have you escorted off the property, if necessary. And you stole her phone, even if you later gave it back. Yes, you can be sued for battery - the bruises. Why'd you attack her? Why didn't you leave when she asked you to? You said the massage sucked so if it wasn't any good, why'd you stay for more? Yes, she can sue you. She could even be successful.

Any person can sue any person for any reason that they want to but it's up to them to prove in court that you owe the money. Send the person of final text message do not contact me again see you in court. And then block the person's number from your telephone. If somebody sues you hire a lawyer and don't say a word to the judge without a lawyer present. It's up to the person that sees you to prove that you did something that makes you owe the money. The only person that's going to get you owing money in this case is you don't open your mouth put a lawyer in front of you. If you get sued which you probably won't.

What's more likely is the woman will try to scare you into giving her money don't fall for that nonsense.

sure you can be sued. can she win? probably not

She wouldn't win. Neither of you would win a case where you come to court to recover after participation in an illegal act. It's called the clean hands doctrine.

Don't quit your day job, assuming you have one. You are not ready for a career as a fiction writer. Good fiction is plausible.

If this were true, you would be more worried about the CRIMINAL charges than the civil lawsuit, and there WOULD be criminal charges before you were released that day.
