قلمزيني ابراهيم أمين
The tow last words are names i.e. Ibrahim Amin .As to the first one قلمزيني / Qalamzini / actually I don't know what it means or in what language it is, although the first part is similar to the Arabic word قلم / Qalam/ which means 'pen'.
