    Giving a guy your number does not obligate him to reach out to you. Him giving you his number wouldn't mean you had to call him either. Sometimes we like people who either don't feel the same or aren't in a place in their life where they're working on making more friends.

    He's not interested. Or he could have easily lost the number or stored it incorrectly. Just move on.
