3,160 tons of water flows over Niagara Falls every second. This accounts for 75,750 gallons of water per second over the American and Bridal Veil Falls and 681,750 gallons per second over the Horseshoe Falls.

    (75,750 + 681,750) X 60 seconds X 60 minutes X 24 hours = gallons of water that flow over Niagara Falls in 24 hours

    Yeah, it's around there.

I get an average of about 55 billion gallons per day, myself (5.49 x 10^10 gallons), but the use of "every" implies that flow is constant, and it is not. So I am going with "No". I would never claim to be able to declare a precision to five units such as you have. No one measures the flow that precisely. We cannot do it.

Last time I was there, I brought a lot of barrels and measured ALL the water than went over the falls, and I got ten million fewer gallons.
