no, just extiguish it and throw it into the yard for an animal to eat

I'm sure you can still eat your pizza bagel. First put out the fire with a damp rag. Do not use a fire extinguisher on your bagel. This will only ruin it. Cut away any burnt areas and then eat the rest. If the bagel is burned all the way through, then just throw it away and get another one.

But it's probably not safe.
Just buy some more and start again.
