does anyone know how to get the radio out of being "locked" in a chevy cruze?
I've already gone all through the manual and even went to GM's website.

A GM Certified Technician can. The reason for the lock is that it is an anti-theft feature. When the radio is stolen, there is no "market" for it because it is locked. Similar to stealing new cell phones from a cell phone store... with fewer potential customers.

Return the car from where you stole it.
