When is payroll cut off date for a salary that is paid in every 2 weeks?

When is the cut off date for a payroll that pays out every fortnight on a Friday. I understand that this may differ from company to company but, I don’t have much more information unfortunately.

Ask your employer. It will absolutely be different from one company to the next. Some may cut off a week ahead, some only a few days. It depends on who does their payroll, whether it's done inhouse or elsewhere, the size of the company etc. Your employer is the only one who can tell you when that cutoff is.
