Can I report to police a colleague who harasses me at work?
If I report to management, they won't do anything because he is the gold-digger boyfriend of the general manager. If I am being harassed at work, can I still report it to police?
The reason of harassment? Is because I am the only one who he cannot brainwash with his lies he tell to other people.

Start with hr, and state that it’s imperative action be taken, or you’ll have no choice other than to take legal and civic action. Know that businesses don’t like drama in the workplace, so it’s important you’re prepared with incidents, dates, etc., and ask how this will proceed.

Police do not deal with civil issues you have at work... so report to the police if you want and they will tell you nothing to do with them....
You make an official complaint to your manager or you get on with your job and put up with stupid co workers.....as we have all done at one time or another

No, that is not what the police are for unless this person has committed a crime against you.
If a work colleague is harassing you or conducting themselves in a way that interferes with your ability to do your job, you should report it to your line manager. If the manager fails to investigate or, if fault is confirmed, fails to act appropriately, your rights may vary depending on what legal jurisdiction you work in (this site goes all around the world).
We cannot always change an unpleasant situation, in which case we have the option of learning to live with it; engaging with it and seeking to minimise its effects or removing ourselves from the scene of the conflict. If the unfair work situation leaves us no option other than to resign, it may be possible to claim compensation in some countries/states.
