Best to avoid it?

In a violent situation we don't know who we are messing with. 

Anyone can get hurt, they may have a weapon, might have friends and i can go jail

What else? Do men have to learn to fight

    Nah, you don't have to fight, there is no shame in running away in a dangerous situation, be careful and don't get hurt.
